Responsibilities

Work with the Associate Director of the Data and Analytics team and maintain a KPI program that delivers actionable insights and provides leadership with clear visibility into strategic and operational performance.

Identify and consult with internal clients to drive continuous improvement of reporting and analytics offerings, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and business value.

Support all aspects of data and analytics for a Service Now process orchestration solution (leadership dashboards, operational dashboards, ad‑hoc needs).

Serve as a subject matter professional and go‑to person for any spend analytics or operational reporting needs and support various ad‑hoc analyses and reporting as needed.

Develop and implement reporting automation solutions to increase efficiency and streamline data delivery.

Contribute and help with special initiatives/projects as needed.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of recent experience in procurement or in a business analyst function.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience with reporting/analyzing large procurement/spend data sets across various data sources (e.g., ERP systems, P2P systems).

Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools (Microsoft Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
