Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator
The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) invites applications for a Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator to join Colorado Online. This role supports the consortium’s enrollment processes and course management across 13 partner colleges, while maintaining compliance with CCCS policies and providing expert assistance to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Maintain Colorado Online course offerings in Banner across partner colleges, including adding, updating, and removing courses system‑wide.
Collaborate with partner college Student Services to resolve Banner issues and provide timely support to students.
Coordinate enrollment and section distribution with the Colorado Online Director of Consortial Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.
Work with CCCS college schedulers to ensure appropriate faculty/instructor assignments and resolve building‑of‑course section issues.
Respond to inquiries from Registrars, college schedulers, Student Success Liaisons, faculty, instructors, and administrators regarding schedule policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist with troubleshooting student service and registration issues for consortium partners, coordinating with other academic affairs areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in higher education or distance education, including enrollment and/or student services.
Familiarity with learning management and student information systems.
Desired Attributes
Proficient with word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and record systems, with ability to research and correct errors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic arithmetic competency.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple concurrent requests in a fast‑paced virtual environment.
Commitment to confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
Capability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Work Location / Travel Expectations
Location: CCCS System Office, 9026 E. Severn Place, Denver, CO 80230.
Occasional in‑state travel to partner college campuses may be required.
Flexible scheduling and remote work options are available; all work must be completed in the state of Colorado.
