Job Summary The PMC plays a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. This position oversees and verifies that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are consistently followed throughout production, helping maintain a safe work environment and delivering exceptional products to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Take a proactive approach in ensuring safe, high-quality products by identifying and reporting any deficiencies.
Interpret, apply, and enforce GMPs, regulations, and company procedures to support all food safety requirements.
Accurately maintain documentation confirming that GMPs are being followed throughout the department.
Assist Supervisors as needed with additional tasks and responsibilities.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Language Skills
Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong written communication skills for completing reports and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups across the organization.
