What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and Inspire
Motivate team through shift meetings, coaching, and real‑time support.
Address concerns, celebrate wins, maintain open communication.
Create a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance.
Drive Operational Excellence
Adjust workflows and resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
Implement labor management programs and performance tracking.
Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and supply needs.
Oversee inventory and audit processes for accuracy.
Develop and Empower Your Team
Identify training needs and lead cross‑training.
Provide job shadowing and on‑the‑job training for Forklift Operators.
Connect team tasks to customer goals.
Give consistent performance feedback for growth.
Prioritize Safety and Quality
Lead monthly safety meetings, conduct daily safety observations.
Participate in safety committees, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assume additional duties within training and expertise.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
1–3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, transactional environment.
Tech‑savvy: experience with WMS, Excel, Word.
