What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct delegation audits for assigned functions to ensure compliance with NCQA requirements
Manage monthly delegated rosters and maintain accurate provider information in databases
Communicate reporting requirements and activities to delegated entities
Assist with Credentialing Committee activities and maintain delegation policies
Serve as the point of contact for delegated entities regarding delegation matters
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of delegation or related provider data experience
Valid driver's license and car insurance may be required
Proficiency in Excel and reporting knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
NAMSS Credentialing Certification
Knowledge of NCQA standards
Experience in the corporate world or professional field with a minimum of 5 years
Background in managing delegation partnerships
