We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Manager / Scrum Master
with a strong background in the
automotive industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross‑functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software and engineering projects, and facilitating
Agile/Scrum
practices within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end‑to‑end project execution in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; facilitate stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, software development, testing, and business teams.
Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Track progress using JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Communicate project status and key metrics to stakeholders and management.
Coordinate with
automotive OEM and Tier‑1 suppliers
to align deliverables with compliance standards.
Ensure adherence to
ASPICE, ISO 26262 , and automotive quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience as a
Project Manager or Scrum Master
in
automotive software, embedded, or vehicle programs .
Strong knowledge of
Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with
JIRA, MS Project, Confluence , and collaboration tools.
Experience working with
OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers
in North America.
Preferred Skills:
CSM / PSM / PMP certification
Exposure to
ADAS, Infotainment, Powertrain, or ECU
projects
Familiarity with
AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and ASPICE
standards
