Responsibilities of the Inventory Manager:

Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of new vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including vehicle identification numbers (VIN's), stock numbers, and specifications.

Implement inventory management best practices to optimize inventory turnover.

Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealership locations or with other dealerships to balance inventory levels and meet customer demand.

Conduct regulate physical inventory audits to reconcile inventory counts and identify discrepancies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Inventory Manager:

2 + years in a similar position;

Maintains a polished and professional demeanor that aligns with company standards and enhances customer confidence.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer experiences, build rapport, and address client needs effectively.

Must possess a state-issued, valid driver’s license.

A history of safe and responsible driving with no major violations.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Completion and clearance of a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process.
