Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Little Rock, AR, for a Used Car Manager. The role involves overseeing all operations related to used car inventory, including procurement, pricing, marketing, and sales. The Used Car Manager will be responsible for appraising trade‑ins, managing inventory levels, analyzing market data to determine pricing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with sales teams and other dealership departments to meet sales goals and continuously improve processes.

Advanced skills in sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relations
