Pacific International Executive Search
Pacific International has been retained by a transforming manufacturing organization, looking to bring a Plant Leader into a key operation. This organization is looking for a Plant Leader who has full accountability for a safe, reliable, and compliant operation. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to continuously improve production performance workforce capability, asset integrity, cost control, and quality delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drives a safety-first operating culture with strict compliance to PSM, OSHA, EPA, RM
Sets clear production, quality, environmental, and reliability targets aligned with site goals and customer commitments
Builds organizational capability by hiring, developing, and retaining technical and leadership talent; ensures workforce engagement and performance alignment
Champions operational excellence, leads reliability programs, asset integrity strategies, and structured maintenance execution
Promotes continuous improvement, equipment uptime, lean methodology, and data-driven decision making to remove inefficiencies and constraints
Maintains a strong presence in the plant - engaging regularly and authentically with employees at all levels
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering field
Demonstrated leadership overseeing operations, maintenance, reliability, EHS, production planning, and plant performance
Proven ability to lead a plant or major process unit with accountability for safety, cost, production, and performance outcomes
Strong organizational leadership with the ability to set strategy, prioritize work, and make critical decisions
Successful track record in driving operational improvements, leading change, and building high-performance teams
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to engage effectively with frontline operators and corporate executives
Business and commercial awareness, including cost structures, production economics, and customer supply commitments
