What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Provide effective communication and relationship‑building with leadership and stakeholders
Assist in developing agreements that comply with relevant policies and regulations
Negotiate, draft, and process various types of contracts with public and private entities
Centralized support for 1-3 divisions, ensuring effective collaboration across departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
Knowledge of contracting frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in public and private contract negotiation and management
Familiarity with research funding agreements and collaborations
Proven ability to provide guidance and training on budget and contracting issues
Track record of successful relationship management across departments
Interest in innovative practices within the healthcare sector
