Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent partners
Lead outreach, negotiation, contracting, and deal management for influencer collaborations
Track and report on KPI performance for all influencer initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing roles
Proven success in managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns and partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
Comfort with data and reporting, with the ability to translate metrics into insights
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing external talent/freelancers
Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with affiliate marketing measurement and attribution
