Responsibilities
Prepare receiving paperwork for product to be checked in
Prepare store invoices and billing of store deliveries
Monitor trip leave times
Provide customer service assistance to customers, drivers and vendors
General clerical duties
Attend work regularly and on time as scheduled, and maintain an acceptable attendance level
Plan and prioritize workload to ensure that department needs are met as well as the overall organizational needs of the company
Follow instructions promptly and efficiently, taking initiative when appropriate
Respond promptly to e‑mails and telephone calls, demonstrating consideration and courtesy
Communicate frequently with supervisor to alert the status of ongoing operations pertaining to assigned area of responsibility
Perform various logistic department related functions and assignments in an accurate and timely manner, as required by the circumstances and/or by the supervisor
Qualifications

Ability to work in fast paced, warehouse environment
Ability to work independently with limited direction
Detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
Prior warehouse clerical experience
Planning and organizational skills required
Knowledge of warehousing functions required
Understanding of warehouse equipment operations and safety issues

Actual pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
