Hourly Range:
$28/hour - commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

What You’ll Do
Execute document control procedures to ensure adherence to company standards and document numbering schemes.
Transmit and track project documents and deliverables using established communication plans and guidelines.
Lead development, testing, training, and implementation of document control standards to meet company and client data management needs.
Edit forms, lists, and procedures to create efficiencies for project teams.
Provide direction and clarification of document management processes to project stakeholders.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance before document transmittals.
Maintain project contact lists, communication plans, and project databases/document repositories.
Serve as the lead for data storage site maintenance, user security rights, and troubleshooting technical challenges (FTP, SharePoint, ShareFile, Procore, FusionLive, etc.).
Attend and participate in business process, departmental, project, and client meetings as required.
What You Bring Education
Bachelor degree preferred (not required)
Experience
2+ years of engineering and construction project administration (energy sector preferred)
OR 5+ years of document control experience in another industry
In lieu of an advanced degree, add on an equivalent amount of experience (e.g. 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor degree)
Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience creating and editing PDF documents in Bluebeam Revu
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
