Hourly Range : $22.60- Commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)

Profit-Sharing Bonus : Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

Your Role: Engagement and Experience Coordinator What You’ll Do

Employee Engagement & Events

Chair of the Connection Committee

Plan and execute company-wide internal events (virtual and in-person)

Coordinate employee recognition programs (e.g., core values, service anniversaries)

Manage and analyze internal/external engagement surveys

Develop virtual engagement strategies for remote employees

Community Service Events

Organize local and virtual volunteer opportunities

Track and report participation and impact metrics

Promote events via internal communication channel

Internal Communications

Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages

Maintain internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Teams)

Create communication plans for HR initiatives

Ensure consistent messaging across departments and locations

Cross-Functional & Strategic Activities

Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Leadership

Use data to inform engagement strategies

Manage budgets for events, swag, and community initiatives

What You Bring Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR-related roles.

Experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events.

Familiarity with employee survey tools and data analysis (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp).

Experience supporting DEI initiatives and employee resource groups

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and external partners

Budget management experience for events and engagement programs

Skills : Excellent organizational and project management abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom)

Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be willing to travel to other office locations

Bonus/Preferred

Graphic design experience preferred

DESHRM-CP or PHR (for HR knowledge and credibility)

DEI certification (e.g., Cornell’s Diversity and Inclusion Certificate, SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Credential)

Event Planning or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Certified Meeting Professional)

Internal Communications certification (e.g., IABC or PRSA programs)
