Planner Scheduler Coordinator
Job Summary/Purpose
Responsible for planning and scheduling distribution line maintenance tasks, Grid capital projects, and day-to-day activities for the distribution line work.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Develop short and long term schedules, update area work plan, schedule work requests in DIS/MAXIMO and maintain documentation.
Interface with internal groups such as Project Management and Construction, Major Accounts, Transmission Operations Center, Distribution Operations Center and Transmission Operations Planning for planned outages and resource coordination.
Submit and monitor project outage requests.
Lead the weekly planning meetings with the construction resources.
Identify deficiencies, analyze alternatives and recommend solutions to schedule conflicts.
Serve as a member of the Storm Response Team.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2–4 years experience as Planner/Scheduler for Junior role; 5+ years for Senior role; preferred: 2 years experience as Planner/Scheduler.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Experience/training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and database applications.
Desired knowledge of DIS, GDT, AMFM, DFM, distribution line construction, maintenance and materials.
