Project Manager – Transmission

We’re hiring an experienced Transmission Project Manager to lead overhead transmission line projects from planning through construction. This is a high-impact role with full project ownership, client-facing responsibilities, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of transmission engineering projects : siting, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Oversee project financials, risk management, and contract execution
Support business development and help grow long‑term client relationships
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), including 3+ years managing projects
Strong knowledge of NESC, transmission line design, and utility standards
PE license and / or PMP certification preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
