White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers with previous food service or management experience. The Crew Manager will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service, motivate and lead the team, work the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and operate the fryer/griddle. Must love to smile, laugh & have fun. 1+ years of food service or management experience. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly. Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment. Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty. Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire. Employment type
