Business Center Branch Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ. PNC is seeking an experienced manager to lead branch performance, revenue growth, risk & compliance, and talent development within its Retail organization.
Position Overview As Business Center Branch Manager, you will drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative client interactions, oversee risk management, and build a high‑performing, inclusive team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute branch operations to drive performance and revenue, creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment.
Lead a branded sales process to achieve targets, grow branch revenue through multi‑household growth, and cultivate ecosystem partnerships.
Coach and empower team members to deliver consultative sales and technology‑enabled interactions that improve client financial well‑being.
Drive employee experience by attracting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining talent while ensuring performance and activity expectations are met.
Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Work Experience Typically 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A comparable combination of education, certification, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
