Job Description
Accountable for branch operational soundness, maintaining security procedures, audit controls, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Build and develop a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
Lead through influence to partners across an omni‑channel ecosystem, driving revenue and client loyalty.
Foster a positive working environment, grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth, and support the branded sales process.
Drive employee engagement, retain talent, and manage performance for direct reports.
Oversee risk processes, ensuring regulatory, security, and audit requirements are met and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications Preferred Skills
Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience, Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Behavior, Results‑Oriented.
Competencies
Branch Banking Services, Decision Making & Critical Thinking, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling.
Work Experience Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; a degree is not mandatory but related knowledge or certification may be considered.
Education Associate’s degree preferred (degree not required).
Certifications No certification required.
Licenses Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.
