Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Operations Manager Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? LHH is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of administration, operations, and HR in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape processes, empower teams, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead day‑to‑day operations and ensure efficiency across all functions
Drive financial performance through accurate costing, AP/AR oversight, and vendor management
Champion compliance and quality standards, including ISO audits and reviews
Build and develop high‑performing teams
Strengthen customer and vendor relationships while monitoring business trends
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
Strong financial and business acumen with experience in HR and compliance
Excellent communication and decision‑making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems
