About the Role LHH is seeking an experienced
Sr. HR Generalist
to join our client's growing team. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to leadership while maintaining hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits programs and support payroll processing
Utilize
ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
for HRIS and payroll functions
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist background
Proficiency in
ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a mid‑sized organization (150–300 employees)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
