Informa Festivals is shaping the next generation of business festivals by combining iconic brands like Money20/20, Cannes Lions, Black Hat and London Tech Week with cutting‑edge marketing intelligence platforms and advisory services. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our New York team as a key member of our global sales organization at Money20/20. Position Overview
The role is based in our New York City office and focuses on expanding revenue across diverse streams, building strategic relationships, and driving the Money20/20 portfolio forward. Core Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets and performance indicators. Spearhead new business expansion across diverse revenue streams, focusing on strategic markets and sectors targeted for brand development. Collaborate with product teams to identify and develop revenue opportunities based on market demands. Secure and conduct meetings with senior‑level prospects, deliver executive presentations, create proposals, draft contracts, and actively network within the industry. Craft detailed, customized commercial solutions drawing from the Money20/20 portfolio. Successfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts in a timely manner. Coordinate effectively with internal departments including marketing, creative, and finance teams. Serve as a relationship builder who actively prevents organizational silos and ensures inclusive collaboration. Qualifications
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales or customer‑facing roles, demonstrating consistent success and professional growth. Affinity for or background in technology, financial services, and event industries. Exceptional customer service mindset with dedication to exceeding client expectations. Excellent communication abilities across written materials and presentations. Proficient research capabilities to identify opportunities and market trends. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Benefits
