Property Manager

oversees daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring exceptional service, efficient management, and strong tenant and client relationships. This role is both strategic and hands‑on — balancing operational excellence with relationship management. The

Property Manager

acts as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership, ensuring that properties are well maintained, budgets are met, and communication is clear and proactive. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners. Build and maintain strong relationships through responsive communication and professional service. Ensure tenant satisfaction by proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and facilitating renewals. Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, and build‑out activities. Lease Administration & Financial Management

Manage lease compliance, rent collection, and enforcement of tenant obligations. Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, monitor variances, and manage expense control. Review and approve invoices, track operating costs, and oversee reconciliations. Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting, billing, and cash flow management. Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements. Manage vendor contracts, insurance compliance, and service performance. Work closely with facilities teams to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained. Coordinate with ownership on project updates and long‑term planning. Operations & Leadership

Oversee administrative processes and ensure property files, systems, and reporting are current and organized. Provide leadership and guidance to administrative or assistant staff where applicable. Support client reporting and attend regular ownership meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, management agreements, and local regulations. Skills & Experience

3–7 years of commercial property management experience preferred. Experience managing office, retail, or mixed‑use assets. Strong understanding of NNN leases and property operations. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software a plus. Financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and managing operating expenses. Why Apply?
