Senior Client Engagement Specialist
Join H&R Block as a Senior Client Engagement Specialist. In this role you will partner with RIA‑referred clients to deliver a white‑glove experience, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention while driving new referrals.

Role Overview The Senior Client Engagement Specialist is the first point of contact for all RIA referred clients. You will onboard new clients, manage return tracking and SLA, train Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals, and collaborate with partner wealth managers to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
Onboard all new RIA referred clients in a timely, thorough manner with an eye for detail.
Manage client experience, providing white‑glove service and setting clear expectations for retention and referrals.
Host customer service training sessions for new Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals to establish clear communication and client experience expectations.
Track return completions, upload completed returns to Secure FTP or CRM tool, and manage SLA tracking.
Interface with partner wealth managers to update client status, answer questions, and create partnerships that further the client experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a financial services or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) business.
Familiarity with H&R Block’s tax training library.
Tax expertise preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Karbon (Accounting based AI‑powered practice management software).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Minimum three years of related work experience.

Pay Range $11.00 - $29.00/Hr.
