We are seeking an experienced Client Service Senior Associate who delivers white-glove service, thrives in a highly collaborative environment, and takes ownership of complex client and operational workflows to join our Carmel (Indianapolis) office. The ideal candidate brings prior experience from an RIA or family office and understands the importance of precision, discretion, proactive communication, and relationship-based service.

We work with our clients to create fully integrated, customized asset allocations for achieving their overall goals and objectives, rather than focusing on individual subsets of their broader financial picture in isolation. This role assumes responsibility for supporting the Advisors, Investment Team and Director of Client Service in account administration, client servicing, trading, and consulting projects.
Functions & Responsibilities:
Client Experience and RelationshipSupport:
Own the end-to-end client experience as a trusted point of contact, delivering proactive, white-glove service and building long-term client and partner relationships.
Operations, Accuracy and Execution:
Process day-to-day client service operations with a high standard for accuracy, urgency and compliance ensuring consistent execution and minimal rework.
Client Onboarding and Account Administration:
Lead complex client onboarding and account administration coordinating across custodians and managers to execute asset movements, account actions, and ongoing servicing.
Investments and Family Office Services:
Support sophisticated investment and family office workflows, including alternative investments, and complex client needs tied to liquidity events and distributions.
Systems, Reporting and Process Improvement:
Leverage and improve firm systems and reporting to create scalable workflows, maintain clean data, and elevate firmwide best practices.
Collaboration and Strategic Support:
Partner closely with Advisors and internal teams to support client delivery, strategic initiatives, and business growth through process design and cross-functional leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum 3 year of experience in client service or similar role within RIA or Family Office company
Bachelor's degree required.
Broad knowledge of mutual funds, investment managers, and brokerage account administrative procedures preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
Familiarity working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred.
Self-starter with a high level of accuracy and organization.
Excellent communication skills, empathetic and able to establish rapport with others.
Resourceful and comfortable working independently.
Demonstrated commitment to both partnership and teamwork, and intuitive to proactively address all issues as they arise

Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000-$100,000 highly competitive salary + bonus, benefits including: 401(k) plan, 401(k) plan employer match, health, vision, dental, professional development reimbursement, unlimited PTO and more.
