Project Coordinator – Adventist Health Location:

Sacramento, CA (Corporate headquarters Roseville)

Job Overview Responsible for coordination and management of Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects and programs to ensure leading practice, systematic, and standardized design and implementation of change management initiatives. Works as liaison with OCM teams including Communications and Training throughout the organization. Ensures availability of resources, timelines, smooth communication, and meeting varied deadlines in complex environments.

Job Requirements

Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Required)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Preferred)

Five years technical experience (Preferred)

Essential Functions

Coordinates team project plans and all logistics for the OCM team including space, scheduling, onboarding, and communications logistics.

Prepares training, working sessions and other meetings, ensuring space and materials are provided.

Works with the training team to develop and review training and documentation material; with communications team to revise, update and edit communications material.

Coordinates tasks, timelines and resources related to program work; assists with updating project statuses and communicating resource constraints.

Establishes program metrics in training, communication and change readiness; uses standardized project planning tools.

Participates in presentations at department, site or corporate level to present group work and facilitate decisions.

Ensures meetings built for success including agenda, materials, location, food and beverages; follows up on outstanding questions and issues weekly.

Applies proper change control policies and procedures for IT applications.

Identifies potential areas where policies/procedures require development or change; coordinates group meetings and assignments across multiple sites; collaborates with PPM staff, other leads and team members to communicate decisions.

Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits Estimated base pay: $74,880 to $100,295. Additional compensation may include differentials, shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only part of a comprehensive rewards package, which includes a comprehensive benefits program.
