Project Manager
Epic is seeking a Project Manager in Madison, WI (relocation assistance available). The position involves leading software installations, coordinating end‑user training, presenting to hospital leadership, and ensuring successful go‑live for Epic software across U.S. healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive impactful projects that improve patient care.
Present project plans and progress to hospital leadership.
Coordinate end‑user training and support during go‑live.
Act as the main point of contact for implementation teams and healthcare providers.
Qualities & Other Requirements
Quality Manager experience preferred.
Trainer background advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days; typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
