Position Summary Residential Program Manager – oversee all staff and direct‑care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership and high‑quality, cost‑effective care.
Education & Experience Education & Experience:
OR
a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders,
OR
an Associate’s Degree and at least two years’ experience working with adults with substance use disorders,
OR
a High School Diploma or G.E.D. holding a CSAC‑A from the Virginia Board of Counseling, or who qualifies for certification, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders,
OR
certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working toward obtaining certification and maintaining the requirements of a Peer Recovery Specialist per guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.

Compensation Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
