True North Residential Specialist (PT or PRN)
Intercept Health is a family‑owned agency headquartered in Richmond, with more than 15 office locations across Virginia. We are looking for a Residential Specialist who will be a positive role model for residents and support their treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Serve as a positive role model for residents.
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans.
Use role modeling to develop socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
OR
Associate’s Degree with at least three months experience working with adults with substance use disorders
OR
High School Diploma or GED with at least six months experience working with adults with substance use disorders
OR
Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working toward certification.
