The Village of Fox Point seeks an experienced, thoughtful, and strategic local government leader who brings deep knowledge of municipal operations and a steady, collaborative approach to governance.
Responsibilities
The Village Manager will be a strong communicator who keeps the Village Board well-informed, provides clear professional recommendations, and ensures transparency across all Village functions.
This individual will be highly skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and long-range planning, with the ability to guide capital projects and organizational priorities with precision and foresight.
They will be an engaged, visible leader who builds trust with residents, staff, elected officials, and community partners, and who represents the Village with professionalism and integrity.
Above all, the ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to preserving Fox Point’s high quality of life through exceptional service delivery, responsive administration, and thoughtful stewardship of Village resources.
Full Salary Range $160,000–$180,000 (DOE)

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in public administration, political science or related field.
8-10 years of progressively responsible municipal management experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years as a Village Manager or Administrator or Assistant Village Manager/Administrator.
Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work.
