The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of estate planning matters while ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in estate planning and estate/trust administration. Independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets. Skills
Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Strong understanding of estate and trust administration processes. Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills. Experience in all aspects of gift and estate tax planning (revocable and irrevocable), estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and family business succession planning. Seniority level
