Responsibilities and Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar.
Work on advanced estate and income tax planning matters (3+ years).
Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax.
Highly customized drafting of foundational and advanced estate planning documents.
Meet with and advise clients on revocable living trusts and irrevocable gift trusts structure and design.
Research estate planning and other tax issues.
Evaluate and coordinate/update template documents, letters, and procedures.
