Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Litigation Associate Attorney at YOKA | SMITH, LLP. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and representing clients in various legal matters in litigation through trial. The ideal candidate should have 3–10 years of prior litigation experience, be a self‑starter capable of handling his or her caseload with a high degree of autonomy, and have a passion for trial practice. Candidates may apply to either our Los Angeles or Irvine offices. Salary commensurate with experience level, ranging from $110k to $200k.
