We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive firm that values its employees and promotes a positive work culture. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in personal injury law, case management, trial preparation, and client relations. Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management. Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and trials. Prepare and organize trial exhibits, and assist with trial strategy. Maintain up-to-date case files and ensure accurate case tracking. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular contact with clients and keeping them informed about the progress of their case. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law. A degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited institution. Proficient in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal research platforms. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Proven experience in trial preparation and familiarity with the rules of civil procedure and evidence. A proactive approach to case management, with the ability to anticipate issues and develop effective solutions.
