Job Description
Pay Range: $55hr -$60hr
Requirement/Must Have
Scrum Master certification.
5+ years of experience driving IT software application projects using Scrum.
5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.
Experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience using Scrum management tools.
Experience
Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
Experience supporting system implementation and rollout phases.
Experience in manufacturing and/or regulated environments.
Experience collaborating with IT project managers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Guide teams through project execution using Agile Scrum methodology.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements gathering, development, and implementation.
Maintain project visibility and progress tracking using Scrum tools.
Partner with project leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Support business and operations teams during configuration and deployment phases.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
Drive adoption of Agile best practices across teams.
Should Have
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar platforms.
Experience optimizing software development processes.
Project and/or program management experience.
Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage and support multiple teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
