We’re partnering with a well‑established, client‑focused law firm to add a Junior Transactional Attorney to its Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth in estate planning and related transactional work.

What You’ll Do
Assist with drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives Support probate and estate administration matters Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Help review and organize client financial and estate planning information Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys Participate in client meetings and planning discussions as experience grows
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Georgia (or pending admission) 0–3 years of experience (trusts & estates exposure a plus, but not required) Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail Interest in estate planning, trusts, and transactional work Professional, client‑focused demeanor Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
Nice to Have
Prior coursework or internship experience in Trusts & Estates Experience with probate or estate administration Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
