Key Responsibilities
Manage limited conservatorship matters, including drafting, filing, and court representation
Handle probate cases from initial petitions through administration and hearings
Conduct estate planning consultations to assess client needs and develop tailored strategies
Draft estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
Appear in court for probate and conservatorship proceedings
Collaborate with a distributed legal team to ensure smooth case progression
Receive mentorship in special needs planning and guide families through sensitive matters
Qualifications
Experience handling probate and/or limited conservatorships
Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a remote team
Compassionate, client-focused mindset with strong professionalism
Interest in growing skills related to special needs and disability planning
