Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of title opinions and related documents for oil and gas transactions.

Perform comprehensive title examination and analysis to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Conduct legal research and compile data on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles related to oil and gas.

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence related to oil and gas.

Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.

Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases for all oil and gas cases.

Liaise with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure all legal procedures are followed correctly and timely.

Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and filing documents.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Paralegal.

Strong knowledge of oil and gas law, including relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Proficiency in legal research and data compilation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.

A Paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
