Base pay range $65,000.00/hr - $75,000.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced

Complex Litigation Paralegal

to support attorneys in managing high-stakes, multi-party litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Organize and maintain large volumes of case files and electronic data.

Coordinate document production and manage e-discovery platforms.

Prepare deposition summaries, trial exhibits, and witness files.

Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.

5+ years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.

Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.

Proficiency in litigation support software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
