Assistant IP Administrator
to join its growing IP practice group in
Tampa, FL . This is an
on-site role

What You’ll Do
Manage IP docketing for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Prepare and file applications with USPTO and Copyright Office.
Draft IP-related documents (assignments, powers of attorney, disclosure statements).
Conduct trademark clearance searches and review reports.
Support attorneys with IP deadlines and dispute proceedings (TTAB, PTAB, federal courts).
Collaborate on international filings and maintain compliance with global IP protocols.
Provide advanced administrative support for IP operations.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Prior IP role in a law firm or corporate legal department required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. IP laws; familiarity with international IP procedures a plus.
Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IP docketing software preferred.
