Litigation Paralegal – Denver, CO
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is an award‑winning law firm with over 500 attorneys and 14 offices nationwide. We are seeking a highly capable Litigation Paralegal to support our Litigation Practice Group in our Denver office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and other discovery requests.
Prepare for client meetings, document productions, depositions, hearings and trials.
Maintain an electronic case‑management system and ensure deadlines are met.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of litigation paralegal experience in a law‑firm setting.
Experience with trial attendance, case organization, calendaring and managing large commercial litigation matters.
Proficiency with Relativity and e‑discovery tools such as technology‑assisted review and predictive coding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work overtime and accommodate occasional travel.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $90,000 – $115,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, paid vacation, sick leave, and personal time off.
