Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of complex civil litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or construction defect. Industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits package offered! Responsibilities
Case management from inception through trial. Monitor court docket and track internal and external deadlines. Draft and review pleadings and motions. Assist with all aspects of discovery, including preparing disclosures, discovery requests and responses, proposed case management orders, document productions, subpoenas, etc. Review document productions, including bates label and indexing. Trial preparation, including working with other members of the trial team and vendors to create exhibits, demonstratives, checklists, and more. Attending trial as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal working in large-scale litigation. Commercial litigation and/or construction defect experience is a big plus. Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). Excellent computer skills and experience with eDiscovery databases (Relativity, Eclipse, etc.). Must be able to commute to the firm\'s office in downtown Denver 3-4 days a week (working remotely is allowed 1-2 days per week).
