Key Responsibilities

- Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced manufacturing software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MES)
- Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities relevant to the workforce
