Product Configuration Analyst PING, Inc. , maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Product Configuration Analyst to develop and maintain rules within PING’s product configurator and enterprise quoting system so that configured and non‑configured orders are properly fulfilled. The role includes building the rules engine for new and existing products and ensuring product, rules, and service information are properly defined in the system. Candidates must reside in the Phoenix Metro Area; relocation assistance will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and build the rules for the product configurator engine.

Oversee the product setup process from start to finish, interfacing with Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, Sales, ERP, and Customer Service.

Analyze product specifications and repair procedures to identify product components and tasks, and their effects on information systems.

Create product rules for configurable models with input from subsidiaries and departments such as Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, International Operations, ERP, and Communications.

Plan, execute, measure, and manage release communication as it relates to the CPQ and EQ.

Provide front‑line business process support to Sales and Customer Service teams.

Manage the enterprise quoting software, including setting up products, mapping items to a product item master, and streamlining ordering for users.

Test systems for product accuracy (CPQ, Enterprise Quoting, and ERP).

Prepare detailed information for Communications and Distribution departments for collateral, availability charts, and catalog information.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience with a CPQ configurator system.

Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team skills.

Excellent organization, time‑management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Ability to coordinate high levels of activity under varied conditions and constraints.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet administrative requirements.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel).

Knowledge of PING product line and processes.

Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP.
