What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, test, and deploy C# applications while supporting development initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and propose effective technical solutions
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
Participate in rotating on-call support duties to ensure timely resolution of production issues
Document processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency and support future development efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Hands‑on experience developing and troubleshooting C# applications
High level of professional communication skills, both written and spoken
Availability to travel occasionally within Brazil and Latin America
Fluent in English (as a second language)
A curious mind motivated to investigate and solve complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Intermediate or above Spanish language skills
Working knowledge of Java development
