What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and remediate visibility gaps across a landscape of 100+ applications, ensuring full-stack monitoring from infrastructure to end-user experience
Optimize and manage monitoring platforms including Splunk, LogicMonitor, and AppDynamics
Correlate data across multiple platforms to provide a holistic view of system health and performance
Automate the deployment and configuration of monitoring agents to uphold "monitoring-as-code" standards
Provide technical support during high-priority incidents and create operational dashboards for effective incident response
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent English skills for communication with a multicultural team and American clients
Strong collaboration skills to bridge infrastructure stability and application performance
Demonstrated "data-driven" mindset to influence technical decisions
Proactive identification of trends in system behavior to prevent outages
Minimum experience in observability or monitoring technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with modern observability solutions such as OpenTelemetry
Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
Background in reliability engineering and performance analysis
Previous experience in high-priority incident response and root cause analysis
Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards
