Citi Agency Lending is part of the overall Securities Services Business unit. The ASL Business facilitates the temporary transfer of securities from a lender to a borrower against collateral (securities or cash), enabling beneficial owners to generate incremental income on their portfolio securities. The services provided include: trade execution, trade settlement, collateral management, cash re‑investment, recall/return processing, asset servicing and lender/borrower billing. Typical ASL clients include Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Public Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Central Banks.
Responsibilities
Support Sec Finance Trading Desk with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare
Provide Cash Investment Support for Money Market Fund, Time Deposit, Repo, and Mutual Fund investment processing
Contribute to the creation of customised reporting used to present information to management
Support implementation of securities processing improvements
Assist with identifying policy gaps and formulate policies that streamline related work processes
Develop and apply knowledge of securities, processing practices and standards
Provide informal guidance or on‑the‑job training to lower‑level / new securities processing team members when required
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$62,620.00 – $87,380.00
