Job Description Manufacturer with headquarters in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a
Commodity Manager
with experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
This role will own global commodity strategy for key electrical and electro‑mechanical categories and plays a major part in supplier partnerships, technology introduction, and early involvement in NPD initiatives. You’ll have real influence on strategy, innovation, cost‑out programs, and long‑term supplier agreements.
What we’re looking for:
Proven success negotiating complex contracts + managing supplier agreements
Experience sourcing motors, PCBAs, wire/cable assemblies, controls, or similar electrical components
A track record of year‑over‑year cost savings and supplier‑driven innovation
Strength in building long‑term, collaborative supplier partnerships — especially across NPD
