Commodity Manager – Electrical/Electro‑Mechanical (Remote‑Friendly)
Manufacturer in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a
Commodity Manager
with experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supplier management. This role will own global commodity strategy for key electrical and electro‑mechanical categories and play a major part in supplier partnerships, technology introduction, and early involvement in NPD initiatives. You’ll have real influence on strategy, innovation, cost‑out programs, and long‑term supplier agreements.
Qualifications
Proven success negotiating complex contracts + managing supplier agreements
Experience sourcing motors, PCBAs, wire/cable assemblies, controls, or similar electrical components
A track record of year‑over‑year cost savings and supplier‑driven innovation
Strength in building long‑term, collaborative supplier partnerships — especially across NPD
