Countrywide Stone and Marble is looking for a highly motivated
Project Manager
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience (stone and tile preferred) who is eager to take ownership of projects and build a long-term career in construction management.
Responsibilities
Lead project handoff from estimating to execution, ensuring full understanding of scope, drawings, specifications, and schedules
Manage project schedules aligned with fabrication, delivery, and installation sequencing
Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and approvals
Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and change orders from award through close-out
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GCs, architects, and consultants
Coordinate closely with field supervisors and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and constructability
Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and close-out packages
Proactively identify risks, delays, or scope gaps and implement solutions
Qualifications
Experience managing stone, tile, or specialty trade construction projects
Strong understanding of drawings, shop drawings, and field coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
